All servers can be upgraded with additional hard drives, RAM or a control panel (Cpanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin) by simply going to the online order form and choosing your desired upgrade options.

All servers are usually setup within 72hrs of your payment being approved, not including weekends.

The Savvis data center is located in Fort Worth/Dallas, Texas and is in a carrier grade facility with high security and every redundancy, disaster or conceivable problem is already planned for. The Savvis data center is now on its 3rd year without an outage and houses Fortune 10,100,1000 companies in its data center along with many government and other large corporations. It houses enough servers and enough data passes through its backbone which is located in the same facility that it is considered a national entity and will be protected by the national guard in times of crisis.
