What do you get?

Servers that come with FREE APC access will mean that you can remotely reboot your server via my.iracks.com without needing to open a ticket! Duron based servers come with unlimited, free, 24/7 on-site reboots.

Q. Where is iRacks located?
A. iRacks is a registered company in the United Kindom with offices in London and Cardiff. Our datacentre facilities are in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Q. What are iRacks' network connections and how is this distributed to the servers
A. We have 2 Active GigE (2000MBit F/D) to FiberRing with a 3rd FailOver (1000MBit F/D). There are also 3 backup lines ready that can be activated within 30 minutes.

The internet connectivity is connected solely through Cisco Hardware to the Core Switching Level of the iRacks network. From there cabinets are connected via GigE utilising 3com hardware. All servers are connected via FastE (100MBit F/D) to the cabinet switches.
Q. What hardware is your network operated on?
A. The iRacks network consists of soley Cisco and 3com hardware at the Layer2/3 level. Colocation cabinets are equipped with Netgear Managed Solutions.
Q. What is iRacks' refund policy?
A. We offer a 7 day, no quibble, money-back guarantee. If you are not happy after 7 days, we will refund every penny of your purchase. We will require you to fill out a short form for our records and hand over the root and administrative password before we make the refund. For further details, please email noc@iracks.com.
Q. What is iRacks' overusage policy?
A. If you utilise more than your allocated bandwidth within any given month. You shall be required to pay for the additional bandwidth priced at €0.50 per GB, rounded up or down to the nearest 25GB block. If you utilise more than the next package(s) up, then you shall be required to upgrade to these packages (i.e. if you use 700GB on the 400GB plan, you must upgrade to the 650GB plan for the forthcoming month).
