Alright, I recenently purchased a personal server at FDCServers.NET

I've been monitoring them for about a week and so far I've had only 20seconds of dropped ping times. I know there have been bad experiences with this company, but for $20/Month and no setup fee's you can't go wrong.

*FDCServer's offers unmetered bandwidth. I personally don't think its fair to say unmetered as it's like saying unlimited, however I've done the math and have ensured that you will receive the bandwidth specifiied above without a problem.
